Director of Operations
Heather brings organization, curiosity, and steady improvement to the operational side of financial planning. Originally from North Carolina and a graduate of Meredith College, she joined Piedmont Capital Management in 2022 and serves as the firm’s Director of Operations.
Heather oversees the firm’s operational infrastructure, including new account processing, account maintenance, and regulatory coordination. Her work helps ensure that the planning strategies developed by the advisory team translate into a smooth, well-organized experience for clients.
Before entering financial services, Heather spent several years working in the fast-paced world of motorsports, where she developed an appreciation for teamwork, preparation, and the behind-the-scenes coordination required to keep complex operations running efficiently.
Outside the office, Heather closely follows University of North Carolina athletics—especially basketball and football—and still enjoys attending NASCAR races when she can. She enjoys reading physical books, listening to music ranging from Taylor Swift to 80s and 90s pop, rock, and country, and spending time with her dachshund, Ace. She and her husband also enjoy traveling, including annual summer trips to the Georgia mountains.
